Old world character defines this unique project. Surrounded by mature white oaks and tupelos, the central theme of the project was to improve the property with a reference to southern architectural elements.  One aspect of the project involved researching historic Virginia brick patterns, which were then designed, custom ordered,  and used to construct a terrace and a unique parking court.
