This project involved the meticulous restoration of a picturesque century-old estate.  The master plan focused on integrating the distinct garden spaces into a fluid composition while improving functionality.  A rustic pergola and picket fence were added to define the pool area and to connect this area with the grass tennis court. A formal vegetable garden complete with a Victorian green house was located to the north of the pool area.  Other elements included the restructuring of parking courts, revitalization of plant materials, terrace and walk redesigns, and the installation of a crabapple alle lining the entrance drive.
